Ultimate SELF-CARE … Nia Technique Certification

As a personal act of SELF-CARE, I am taking a brief hiatus from the daily Self-Care + Nia Move postings to travel. Postings will resume upon my return home.  Where am I going?

FOR the CURIOUS:

I’m heading out to Arkansas, Little Rock to be exact. Thrilled with the opportunity to share in the excitement of this growing Nia community. The White Belt begins Saturday morning and there is a spot there with your name on it. Hosted at a beautiful remote location just 20 minutes from Little Rock, there’s no need to find a hotel room – there’s a pillow at the farm with your name on it too!

It’s absolutely not too late to join us. You are absolutely prepared. This is for you. (Register for this Certification today)

Joy of Movement  Invigorated by how you feel after Nia class?  Want to share your excitement with others?  If you answered YES, read on:
