Nia Technique is a safe, cardio-energizing workout. It offers the cardiovascular benefits of traditional fitness classes, and encourages personal expression nourishing body, mind and soul. Created by Debbie Rosas and Carlos Aya-Rosas, Nia is a barefoot technique blending jazz and modern dance, aerobics, martial arts, yoga and body integration therapies based on the Alexander Technique and the teachings of Moshe Feldenkrais.
