The Slow Dance : Tai Chi + Nia Technique

How long have you been measuring your value by self-imposed productivity standards?  I’m still doing! AND simultaneously I’m practicing slowing down each moment.

“Why?” you ask.

Lily Tomlin responds “For fast-acting relief try slowing down.”

The hypothesis to my experiments in slowing down is that the results will enhance my life to such a degree that less and less will I stand for a go-go-go life style with no depth.
