Nia Move: Sink and Pivot Table Wipe

Daily practice: Standing with your feet about shoulders width, picking up the left leg turning it in by pivoting the thigh, bending the knee and placing the ball of your foot on the ground make a quarter turn to the right. Simultaneously using the left hand to wipe off an imaginary table or “clear your agenda” by moving it from behind you around to the front. Repeat on the other side. Practicing Sink and Pivot Table wipe keeps feet, ankles, knees, hip joints agile and upper body mobile.
