Nia Move: Cross Front

Daily practice: Step forward in a diagonal direction toward the corner. Left foot leading as you step toward the corner to your right. Next return your weight to your right foot followed by your left foot returning to it’s starting point next to the right one. Arms and legs swing freely as you repeat this move alternating corners. Use this move to engage your inner thigh muscles which help you develop greater stability when stopping suddenly.
